Tadcaster Albion JFC's philosophy is all about inclusion and encouragement. Children as young as 4 years old can join us for soccer fun on Saturday mornings from 10.00am until 11.00am. We welcome boys and girls from Tadcaster and surrounding areas, regardless of ability. The fun sessions are designed to get children excited about about football, they will learn some very basic soccer skills in a friendly and safe environment.
Through play they will develop their individual ball skills and understand how to play together as a team. They will start to understand the laws of the game and gain football orientation which will help them when they move on at 6 years of age into our Mini-Soccer Section.
Tadcaster Albion JFC is committed to players having a good time in a friendly atmosphere; well being and safety is placed above all other considerations, including the development of performance.
Parents or carers should stay during these sessions and provide lots of encouragement and praise to all children and encourage them to listen to the coaches instructions.
Children require football boots, shin pads, a drink and warm clothing in the colder months.
